कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड वर्ष 2025 के लिए चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी (CA) / कॉस्ट एंड मैनेजमेंट अकाउंटेंसी (CMA) पाठ्यक्रम के पात्र छात्रों से इंडस्ट्रियल ट्रेनिंग हेतु आवेदन आमंत्रित करती है। यह प्रशिक्षण ICAI / ICMAI द्वारा निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप प्रदान किया जाएगा। इस इंडस्ट्रियल ट्रेनिंग के माध्यम से चयनित प्रशिक्षुओं को लेखा, वित्त, लागत नियंत्रण, ऑडिट, कराधान एवं कॉर्पोरेट वित्त से संबंधित व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त होगा, जिससे उनके व्यावसायिक कौशल में वृद्धि होगी और भविष्य में एक सशक्त करियर निर्माण में सहायता मिलेगी।
